I have two big passions. One is gastronomy. The other, sport.

Gastronomy

It can be said that I am kind of a gourmet. I love finding bars and restaurants where you can eat very well and drink even better, especially if they have difficult-to-fin products and flavours to which I am not used. Apart from this, there are two “worlds” that I like the most and I specialized for different reasons: wine and Iberian ham.

About wine, my good nose for it has always helped me to distinguish the aromas and flavours. But I looked to improve my abilities and structure my knowledge about it by studying the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET®) courses. I reached level 3 (4 is the last one, previous step for Master of Wine), achieving all of them with maximum distinction possible.

Regarding the Iberian ham, my ability is to cut it. But this is not enough, I wanted to cut the whole leg as a professional does. The objective is to make the most of each area, as well as to create visually beautiful dishes. To improve my skills in both terms, I have trained with the champion of Spain 2020.

Therefore, if you want to share knowledge on these aspects about gastronomy, or in case you need help or advice, I am also the right person to ask for it.

Sports

I like all of them. Well, almost all, it is not good to exaggerate. And I like both to watch it and practice it. To watch, I am passionate about the Olympic Games (on the TV) and basketball (live). To practice, I always prefer outdoors. For example, skiing, trekking or go out on a bike in the countryside. But I also like more “urban” sports like running, tennis (now less) or paddle (lately more).

However, my very favorite in this aspect is futsal. I still play in my school’s alumni team since more than twelve years, no matter if it rains or snows, nor if it is cold or hot outside.
